ゲットイットはEOLを迎えるArista Networks製ネットワーク製品などのハードウェアについて、サポート終了後の継続利用＝延命保守を提案いたします。

EOLを迎えたArista Networks製品の運用については「システム利用を継続するが、万が一の時に誰にも助けてもらえない」や、「交換用のパーツが手に入らない可能性がある」などのリスクを負いながら現行システムの利用を継続するか、もしくは莫大な投資をしメーカーの提案する新しい製品に移行するかを選ばなければなりません。新製品への移行はOSの変更を伴うため9割以上のハードウェアリプレースに対して、アプリケーションの更新までもが必要となります。

    ハードウェア・ソフトウェアの障害切り分けは、お客さまご自身で行っていただくこととなります。
    メーカー保守ではソフトウェアも含めて対応を行うことが通例ですが、ゲットイットの第三者保守は、あくまでハードウェアの第三者保守(EOSL 延長保守)サービスとなります。そのため、障害切り分けはお客さま側で行っていただく形となります。

    オンサイト保守(24時間365日)サービスでは「障害個所特定後、4時間を目標に駆付け」となります。オンサイト保守(年末年始を除く平日9時〜17時)サービスでは「障害個所特定後、翌営業日の駆付け」となります。ゲットイットでは、お客さまのご要望に沿ったサービスメニューをオーダーメイドでご提供しておりますので、お気軽にご相談ください。
