ゲットイットではリユース（中古）製品を利用した、幅広いAruba製品の第三者保守が可能です。2009年のサービス開始以来EOL製品の継続利用に課題を抱えるお客さまに、延長保守サービスの提供や、修理の提供などを実施し数々の実績を上げております。

既存システムを使い続けたいときに

「どうせ壊れないなら、できる限りシステムにコストはかけたくない」。新製品にはない機能やリスクを鑑みても、既存システムを使い続けたいというユーザー向けに「ユーザーが主体的に第三者保守を利用しシステムを使い続ける」という選択肢をゲットイットは提案します。EOL製品に新しい選択肢を。

ArubaのEOL製品に第三者保守という「新しい選択」

ゲットイットはEOLを迎えるAruba製サーバー、ストレージ、ネットワーク製品、ワークステーションなどのハードウェア機器について、サポート終了後の継続利用＝延命保守を提案いたします。EOLを迎えたAruba製品の運用については「システム利用を継続するが、万が一の時に誰にも助けてもらえない」や、「交換用のパーツが手に入らない可能性がある」などのリスクを負いながら現行システムの利用を継続するか、もしくは莫大な投資をしメーカーの提案する新しい製品に移行するかを選ばなければなりません。新製品への移行はOSの変更を伴うため9割以上のハードウェアリプレースに対して、アプリケーションの更新までもが必要となります。

保守開始時点で、保守に必要なパーツをお客さまご指定の場所に配備します。 故障の際は保守パーツからお客さまにて交換を行っていただきます。 交換後の不良パーツをゲットイットまでご返却いただき、故障した部分のパーツの代替品を発送いたします。 契約期間中、保守で使用したパーツは補充いたします。

Q.Aruba製品機器の障害切り分けはどの様に行われますか?

ハードウェア・ソフトウェアの障害切り分けは、お客さまご自身で行っていただくこととなります。
メーカー保守ではソフトウェアも含め復旧するまで丸ごと対応を行うことが通例ですが、ゲットイットの第三者保守は、あくまでハードウェアの第三者保守(EOSL 延長保守)サービスとなります。そのため、障害切り分けはお客さま側で行っていただく形となります。

もちろん、切り分けにあたりどんな情報が必要なのか、何を・どこを確認すれば切り分けが可能なのか等、ご不安な点はしっかりサポートいたしますので、いつでもお気軽にご相談ください。

Q.ホームページに保守期限が掲載されていないAruba製品機器のメーカー保守は、いつ頃終了しますか？

一般的に、メーカー製品は販売終了から5年〜7年でEOSLを迎えます。ゲットイットのホームページに未掲載の機器でも、既にEOSLを迎えている機器・保守サービスを失効されている機器の第三者保守や、複数メーカーの保守窓口一本化など、お気軽にご相談ください。

Q.駆け付け時間はどのくらいかかりますか?

オンサイト保守(24時間365日)サービスでは「障害個所特定後、4時間を目標に駆付け」となります。オンサイト保守(年末年始を除く平日9時〜17時)サービスでは「障害個所特定後、翌営業日の駆付け」となります。ゲットイットでは、お客さまのご要望に沿ったサービスメニューをオーダーメイドでご提供しておりますので、お気軽にご相談ください。
